Active ingredients

Winter cherry (Withania somnifera), also called Indian ginseng, is rejuvenating in nature and helps promote cell regenerative processes.
Indian sarsaparilla (Hemidesmus indicus) provides powerful cooling, anti-inflammatory and detoxifying effect.
Gotu kola (Centella asiatica) is a superb rejuvenator and nervine tonic and delays the signs of aging.
Sesame oil has superb antioxidant and emollient properties. It is the classic Ayurvedic oil for nourishing the nervous system.
Almond oil is an excellent emollient and gets quickly absorbed. It helps balance water loss and absorption of moisture.
Directions for use
Run some hot water over the bottle to warm it or heat the oil in a pan. Using your fingertips, vigorously massage your head and scalp, face and ears, neck, arms, shoulders and elbows, chest and stomach, gently reach around to the back and spine and massage them as well as you can without straining, next massage your legs and feet.
Generally, use circular motions at the joints and scalp, and back-and-forth motions on the long parts.
Let it soak into your skin for at least 15 min. If necessary wash it off in a warm shower or bath using a gentle natural soap. Keeping a thin film of oil on the body is considered very beneficial for toning the skin and warming the muscles throughout the day.
Do not perform massage if you have a cold.
